NEW TAI CHI SESSIONS!
Beginning Tuesday 4 February 2025…..10:00 to 11:00.
Cost £5.00 per session.
With NEW instructor, Wendy, who teaches in and around Driffield. She tailors activity personally to participants and their ability levels.
Old participants, and new people who are trying to improve their mobility and balance, are all very welcomed to this new, local course.
